Original MK1 gilt gloss chapter ring dial with silver depth rating. The dial remains super glossy, while the top coat of lacquer has completely crazed in a rather beautiful manor. Reminiscent of an old oil painting the dial is bright and alive. There is some aging around each luminous marker. The hands are original and have aged a touch lighter.

Incredible unpolished case has ultra sharp original beveled edges. The bezel, insert, crystal and crown are original.

Excellent swiss made riveted expansion bracelet dated 1960 in excellent condition is original to the watch.

With very rare MK1 dial, this watch is one of the earliest 5512. The watch is all original and would make a great addition to any collection.
