Incredible totally untouched case has never been detailed in the slightest way. The edges remain as sharp as they did when leaving the factory. All black paint is still completely intact in the caseback. The caseback is unique to the first series, as it has only 1 coronet.

Original small guarantee filled in and stamped by the original dealer. This is not the typical style Chronometer paper that would normally have the serial number punched. However, there is no doubt this paper was sold with the watch, when it left the original retailer.

This seadweller is of the very first batch of true so-called transitional seadweller's, with a very low serial and early caseback. This new reference was produced while reference 1665 was still in production. The watch remains in totally untouched original condition.
